When the bottomhole pressure drops below the bubble point pressure, natural gas is separated from crude oil. Part of the separated natural gas accumulates in the annular space of the oil casing, forcing the dynamic liquid level of the oil well to decrease, resulting in a decrease in the effective production pressure difference and production capacity of the oil well; Part of it enters the pumping device chamber with the liquid flow, occupying a certain space in the chamber and affecting the efficiency of the device. In severe cases, it may cause "air lock", making the pumping device unable to work.

Specification and model
Design and manufacture in accordance with the provisions of API 6D and ASME B16.34.
2. The structural length of the valve shall be in accordance with customer requirements.
3. The flange connection size shall comply with the provisions of ASME B16.5.
4. The testing and inspection of valves shall comply with the provisions of API 598.
5. The pressure and temperature rating shall comply with the provisions of ANSI B16.34.
6. The appearance quality shall comply with the provisions of MSS-SP-55.
7. Mark according to MSS-SP-25 regulations.
8. After the experiment is completed, clear the accumulated water, wipe the inner cavity clean, apply anti rust paint, and cover the three ends of the diameter with caps to prevent dirt from entering.

Investment Recovery and Installation Practice
The casing gas booster device mainly consists of a booster pump, connecting pipelines, brackets, pressure gauges, flow meters, and valves. The booster pump is mainly composed of cylinders, pistons, seals, suction and exhaust. The lower part of the cylinder block is hinged to the bracket, and the top of the piston rod is hinged to the beam of the pumping unit.
