Due to the counting speed of each sample reaching up to 20 seconds, The FACSCOPE counter replaces many tedious and time-consuming manual blood cell counting methods. Advanced software greatly reduces human errors in cell counting and determination of dead or alive cells, saving time and improving efficiency.
FACSCOPE B uses a unique 4-chamber disposable FACSCOPE counting plate. One counting board can process 4 samples (twice the capacity of a standard 2-chamber counting board), reducing consumable costs. Each chamber has a hydrophilic inner surface engraved with a counting grid to ensure counting accuracy. The precise production and manufacturing of counting boards ensure that each chamber meets the strict standards and dimensions required for optimal counting performance.
Advanced optical and imaging technologies
The FACSCOPE B counter integrates high-quality optical and electronic components such as 4X objectives and a 5-million-CMOS camera to ensure reliable performance and consistency of analysis results.
The precision electric worktable adjusts the position of the lens and camera in micrometer increments to achieve autofocus. Multiple images (up to 24) can be captured to increase the volume of sample counting and provide higher levels of accuracy.

Auto focus
Accurate focusing is crucial for counting live cells. The proprietary autofocus system and image analysis software of FACSCOPE B counter work together with an electric worktable to analyze and capture images on the optimal focal plane.
