Cement plant electrostatic precipitator dust collectorAdvantages of
⑴High purification efficiency, capable of collecting fine dust particles of 0.01 microns or more. In the design, different operating parameters can be used to meet the required purification efficiency.
⑵The resistance loss is small, generally below 20 millimeters of water column. Compared with cyclone dust collectors, even considering the power consumption of the power supply unit and vibration mechanism, its total power consumption is still relatively small.
⑶High operating temperatures are allowed, such as the SHWB circuit dust collector which allows for an operating temperature of 250 ℃, while other types can reach 350-400 ℃ or higher.
⑷The gas processing range is large.
⑸It can achieve automatic control of operations.
Working principle of dust collector in cement plant:
The dust collector in the cement plant uses a high-voltage electric field to ionize the flue gas, and the charged dust in the airflow is separated from the airflow under the action of the electric field. The negative electrode is made of metal wires with different cross-sectional shapes and is called a discharge electrode. The positive electrode is made of metal plates with different geometric shapes, called a dust collecting electrode. The performance of dust collectors in cement plants is influenced by three factors: dust properties, equipment structure, and flue gas flow rate.
