Disinfection principle:

Under the action of an external high-voltage electric field, escaping electrons and free electrons are accelerated to obtain high energy. During the movement of high-energy electrons, they collide non elastically with gas molecules and atoms, and their kinetic energy is converted into the internal energy of ground state molecules (atoms), leading to processes such as photoexcitation, dissociation, and ionization, forming plasma. On the one hand, the huge electric field inside causes serious breakdown and damage to bacterial cell membranes; On the other hand, opening up gas molecule bonds generates some single atom molecules and free radicals such as negative oxygen ions, OH ions, and free oxygen atoms, which have activation and strong oxidation abilities.
