The centralized control system for air compressors includes the XBZD-KYQ air compressor group control energy-saving main cabinet, XBQ-KY series air compressor group control variable frequency energy-saving cabinet, remote control module, office PC, and industrial control software system. The intelligent group control energy-saving main cabinet consists of PLC, touch screen, pressure transmitter, and communication module. Through RS485 communication network, each air compressor, frequency converter, refrigerated dryer or other accessory equipment is grouped into a control network, which can automatically control the start and stop of the air compressors in the group network according to the gas supply pressure. At the same time, it can also transmit operational data to office computers for convenient device control and management.

1. Energy saving cloud computing
The intelligent group control system simulates and calculates data collected within the network to achieve optimal energy-saving optimization of the system.
2. Unified linkage control
The intelligent group control system can control and monitor compressors through CAN, Modbus, or Ethernet connections. Up to 38 devices can be connected and controlled to form a group control network.
