Working principle of ceramic powder:
Vacuum feeding equipment uses a vacuum pump (Venturi principle) to generate vacuum, and the negative pressure generated by the vacuum sucks the material into the feeding port. Then, in the filtering chamber of the separation container, the air is separated from the material. The material automatically falls due to gravity and is collected in the silo. Our cyclone separator prevents fine powder from entering the filter to improve its efficiency. When the silo is filled with materials, the vacuum pump automatically shuts off, and the pressure inside the conveying equipment reaches equilibrium. The discharge valve is opened, and the material flows out through the discharge port and directly falls into the storage container. When discharging, the filter element is automatically cleaned by the blowback airbag. After the unloading is completed, the discharge compartment will automatically close and the entire conveying process will restart.

Working principle of ceramic powder feeder:

When the discharge time reaches the set parameters, the discharge valve closes and the vacuum pump works again, repeating the cycle of action. The suction and discharge time of the entire conveying process is controlled by PLC, achieving intelligent and stable control.
