Chain dryer

It is particularly suitable for materials with high moisture content such as dehydrated vegetables and traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces, where the material temperature cannot be high; This series of dryers has the advantages of fast drying speed, high evaporation intensity, and good product quality. It can also dry green materials such as filter cake and wet granulation materials.

Chain dryer is a batch and continuous production drying equipment, with main heating methods including electric heating, steam heating, and hot air heating. The main principle is to evenly spread the materials on the chain, which uses 12-60 mesh steel wire chains and is dragged back and forth in the dryer by a transmission device. Hot air flows through the materials, and water vapor is discharged from the dehumidification holes to achieve the purpose of drying. The length of the box is composed of standard sections. In order to save space, the dryer can be divided into multiple layers, commonly including two chamber three layer, two chamber five layer, with a length of 6-40m and an effective width of 0.6-3.0m.
Working principle
Spread the materials evenly on the steel wire chain plate, and move back and forth in the dryer by the chain plate conveyor belt. Hot air flows through the materials, and water vapor is discharged from the dehumidification holes to achieve the purpose of drying. The drying time of a chain plate dryer is generally 20-30 minutes, and a high-temperature drying furnace is composed of a chain conveyor made of heat-resistant steel and a high-temperature tunnel kiln. The conveyor belt adopts high-temperature resistant metal chain plates, and the materials are dried on the chain plates for 25-30 minutes before being output by the cooling chain plates.
