working principle:
RH type tube indirect coal-fired hot blast stove is a new type of high-efficiency and high-power heating equipment that uses coal as fuel and air as medium. Can continuously provide constant temperature and dust-free hot air. The air heat exchange part is made of seamless steel pipes, and the high-temperature part is made of heat-resistant stainless steel seamless steel pipes. The flue gas and heated air move in a cross direction, and the flue gas brushes the heat exchange tubes longitudinally and horizontally for intense heat exchange. Adopting negative pressure suction smoke exhaust method, it is not easy to accumulate dust.
Main features:
1. The system has a thermal efficiency of up to 60%~75% and a high output power.
2. The output hot air temperature ranges from 280 ℃ to 350 ℃. If specially manufactured with high-temperature resistant materials, the temperature can reach 450~550 ℃.
