Product Overview: CPN alkali pumps are suitable for the chlor alkali and soda ash industries, medical, fertilizer, pesticide industries, petroleum, chemical, synthetic fiber, paper industries, dye industries, environmental engineering, and water treatment systems. They are used to transport media containing solid particles that are prone to crystallization. High temperature resistance, cooling water needs to be added during use. CPN pumps are characterized by high efficiency, low energy consumption, strong corrosion resistance, wide working range, and strong adaptability. Pump rotation direction: When viewed from the drive end, the pump rotates clockwise. When inspecting the disassembled impeller and shaft seal, CPN, a pump with a rear opening door structure, does not need to dismantle the pipelines and electric components connected to the pump body, making maintenance simple and convenient. It is an ideal equipment for civilized factories.
Product features: The five major structural characteristics of CPN alkali pump: 1. There are legs cast on the pump body, which can withstand any load from the pipeline and directly transmit it to the foundation. This way, the pump rotor will not bend due to the load borne by the pump, thus ensuring that the bearings and mechanical seals have a good service life. 2. Equipped with a pump shaft that has undergone high rigidity processing and bearings lubricated with thin oil, the oil level of the bearing body is measured with a dipstick, which is reliable, practical, and easy to implement. The pump is designed with an axial clearance adjustment mechanism to reduce the impact of wear on pump performance. 3. The impeller has an open structure, good corrosion resistance, and is not easily clogged. 4. Packing seal and single and double end mechanical seal; There are internal and external installation types, as well as balanced and unbalanced structures. 5. The power matching adopts Y-shaped ordinary motor or YB explosion-proof motor.
