Product features: The five major structural characteristics of CPN alkali pump: 1. There are legs cast on the pump body, which can withstand any load from the pipeline and directly transmit it to the foundation. This way, the pump rotor will not bend due to the load borne by the pump, thus ensuring that the bearings and mechanical seals have a good service life. 2. Equipped with a pump shaft that has undergone high rigidity processing and bearings lubricated with thin oil, the oil level of the bearing body is measured with a dipstick, which is reliable, practical, and easy to implement. The pump is designed with an axial clearance adjustment mechanism to reduce the impact of wear on pump performance. 3. The impeller has an open structure, good corrosion resistance, and is not easily clogged. 4. Packing seal and single and double end mechanical seal; There are internal and external installation types, as well as balanced and unbalanced structures. 5. The power matching adopts Y-shaped ordinary motor or YB explosion-proof motor.
