Proper assembly, use, and maintenance
1. Magnetic substances are not allowed to approach around the body, and iron wire fixation is prohibited, otherwise it will affectChemical wastewater tank level gaugeNormal work;
2. When users use heat tracing pipelines themselves, non-magnetic materials such as copper pipes must be selected. The heat tracing temperature is determined based on the condition of the medium;
3. Installation must be vertical,Chemical wastewater tank level gaugeA ball valve should be installed between the container inlet pipe for easy maintenance and cleaning;
4. The medium should not contain solid impurities or magnetic substances to avoid jamming the float;
5. Before use, use a calibrated magnetic steel to place the small balls below zero position in red and the other balls in white;
6. Open the bottom flange and install the magnetic float (note: the heavy end with the magnetic end is facing upwards and cannot be inverted);
8. According to the condition of the medium, the main pipe should be cleaned irregularly to remove impurities;
9. For level gauges that exceed a certain length (ordinary type>3 meters, anti-corrosion type>2 meters), it is necessary to add a middle reinforcement flange or ear hook as a fixed support to increase strength and overcome its own weight;
10. The installation location should avoid or be far away from the inlet and outlet of the material medium to prevent rapid changes in the local area of the material fluid, which may affect the accuracy of liquid level measurement;
11. When equipped with remote transmission instruments, the following measures should be taken:
(1) The remote transmission supporting instruments should be tightly attached to the main pipe of the liquid level gauge and fixed with stainless steel clamps (iron is prohibited);
(2) The sensing surface on the remote transmission supporting instrument should face and be closely attached to the main tube;
(3) The zero position of the remote transmission supporting instrument should be on the same horizontal line as the zero position indication of the liquid level gauge;
(4) The connection between the remote transmission supporting instrument and the display instrument or industrial control computer is best laid separately in a protective tube or with a shielded two core cable;
(5) After the wiring holes of the junction box are laid, it is required to be well sealed to prevent rainwater, moisture, etc. from entering and causing the remote transmission supporting instruments to not work properly. The junction box should be promptly covered after maintenance or debugging is completed.

Working principle
The flip box outside the main body is driven by the float inside the main body (with a directional magnetic source, developed according to different media and pressures) to flip and display red and white colors, and indicate different liquid level heights with the movement of the float. There is a prominent scale on the left side of the indicator to make the liquid level indication clearer.

▲ Correct installation and debugging of the product
1. After the user's product arrives, the packaging quality of the product should be checked first. The packaging box should be intact and clearly marked. If there is obvious damage to the packaging, the problem and responsibility should be identified in a timely manner. If there is no packaging quality problem, the product can be unpacked and taken out.
2. If necessary, simple inspections can be conducted on the instruments
Remove the float chamber flange and install the float in the upward direction of the arrow into the float chamber. Reinstall the float chamber flange, paying attention to installing the sealing gasket and tightening it evenly. Block the lower connecting flange and slowly inject water from the upper flange mouth. The indicator should have a liquid level indication and the action should be sensitive without jumping. The instrument is normal. If the indicator fails to track the indication, a spare tool magnetic steel can be used to lift the display flip column and couple it with the magnetic float in the float chamber, or magnetic steel can be used to attract the flip column from top to bottom and from bottom to top to indicate correctly.
3. The liquid level gauge should be installed vertically as required in a location that is easy for the process operator to observe and operate. The flange joint surface should be sealed with a gasket, and all fasteners and sealing surfaces should be checked and tightened.
4. The liquid level gauge installed on the pressure vessel should undergo pressure testing together with the vessel according to relevant regulations, or undergo a water pressure test at 1.25 times the working pressure and an air tightness test at 1.05 times the working pressure. After confirming that there is no leakage, it can be put into use.
5. Equipped with alarm switchChemical wastewater tank level gaugeBefore leaving the factory, according to the working pressure and medium density required by the user's order, the float is prepared and calibrated. When using the instrument, it generally does not need to be debugged. If a small deviation is found or precise calibration is required during actual use, the display position can be fine tuned to solve the problem.
6. Adjustment method for alarm points: Place the alarm switch at the desired alarm point, move the magnetic steel up and down at the alarm point, and use a multimeter to check if the alarm point is activated. If there is an error in position, move the alarm switch up and down accordingly until it is accurate.
7. Debugging method of transmitter: Place the magnetic steel at the zero position of the sensor, close the reed switch at the bottom with the highest resistance, adjust the "zero point" potentiometer to output 4mA, and place the magnetic steel at the high range of the sensor, adjust the "range" potentiometer to output 20mA.
8. When disassembling explosion-proof transmitters or alarm switches, the power should be cut off first.
▲ Product maintenance and upkeep
1. For the tested medium containing impurities or viscous substances, the float should be cleaned regularly to prevent it from getting stuck. When disassembling and assembling the float, special attention should be paid to the direction of the float. If the float is installed in the wrong direction, the instrument will not work properly.
2. In order to avoid affecting the rotation and observation of the flip column, the surface of the liquid level gauge should be cleaned regularly to prevent excessive dirt and dust on its surface area.
3. Handle the liquid level gauge with care during transportation, do not invert it, and prevent it from being exposed to rain, sunlight, and strong shock and vibration.
4. When the cylinder has a certain deflection due to being too long, efforts should be made to provide appropriate support for the cylinder.
