1、 Process configuration of ultrapure water system

1. Raw water pump: a power source for the normal operation of the pretreatment system, which increases pressure to maintain the normal operation of subsequent equipment. The pump is equipped with a high overheat protector and pressure controller, and an automatic alarm is triggered when a fault occurs

2. Raw water tank: equipped with high and low water level control. Regulate the water supply of the system to prevent the impact of insufficient tap water supply, and also have a certain effect on impurities in tap water

3. Fully automatic filter: using quartz sand filter material to remove suspended solids, sediment, impurities, and iron ions from larger particles in raw water and reduce water turbidity

4. Fully automatic activated carbon filter: utilizing the adsorption capacity of activated carbon to effectively adsorb organic matter, free residual chlorine, particles, microorganisms, certain metal ions, and decolorization in raw water, resulting in residual chlorine content<0.1mg>0.1mg>

5. Fully automatic water softener: To prevent scaling on the surface of the reverse osmosis permeate membrane, it is necessary to reduce the hardness of the raw water. Therefore, a softener is installed before the reverse osmosis permeate system to reduce the hardness of the raw water (generally, the total hardness is less than 50mg/L).

6. Security filter: using a 5 μ m PP filter element to remove fine suspended solids, sediment, impurities, etc. from raw water

7. High pressure pump: provides the power source for the normal operation of the reverse osmosis system, and increases pressure to maintain the normal operation of subsequent equipment

8. Reverse osmosis system: using high desalination rate membrane elements, with fast permeability per unit membrane area and high desalination rate; Good mechanical strength and chemical stability, capable of withstanding acid, alkali, and microbial invasion; Long service life, minimal functional degradation

9. Intermediate water tank: equipped with high and low water level control, storing pre treated water and regulating the water supply of the system

10. ED booster pump: provides the required pressure for ED equipment

11. ED equipment: deep desalination.

12. Ultra pure water tank: stores ultra pure water.
