Chicken essence production - ZLG vibrating fluidized bed dryer

Principle
The material enters the machine from the feeding port, and under the action of vibration force, the material is thrown forward continuously in the horizontal direction. The hot air passes through the fluidized bed and exchanges heat with the wet material. The wet air is removed by the cyclone separator and discharged from the exhaust port, while the dry material is discharged from the exhaust port.
Overview
ZLG vibrating fluidized bed dryer is widely used in industries such as chemical, light industry, medicine, food, plastics, grain and oil, slag, salt production, sugar, etc. for drying, cooling, and humidification of powder and granular materials.
Application scope
Pharmaceutical and chemical industry: various tablet particles, boric acid, borax, hydroquinone, various additives, etc.
Food and building materials industry: liquor troughs, monosodium glutamate, sugar, salt, slag, Douban, seeds, etc.
It is also applied to operations such as drying, cooling, and humidification of materials.
Characteristics
1. Powered by a vibration motor, it runs smoothly, produces low noise, has a long lifespan, and is easy to maintain. High thermal efficiency, more than 30% energy-saving compared to general drying devices, uniform bed temperature distribution, no local overheating phenomenon, uniform fluidization, and no dead corners.
2. The thickness of the material layer and the uniform movement speed and amplitude inside the machine can be infinitely adjusted within the design range, with good adjustability and wide applicability.
3. It has minimal damage to the surface of the material and can be used for drying fragile materials. It can also be used when the material particles are irregular without affecting the effect.
4. Adopting a fully enclosed structure effectively prevents cross contamination between materials and the outside world, resulting in a clean environment and continuous operation.
When used for mass production of high moisture materials, multiple units can be connected in series to meet user requirements (typical materials: such as polyacrylamide, etc.).
