Characteristics and performance
Widely used in traditional Chinese medicine health product factories, herbal medicine factories, hospitals, and the food industry. Used for stir frying various specifications and properties of Chinese medicinal materials, such as wheat stir frying, sand stir frying, vinegar stir frying, green stir frying, soil stir frying, stuffy stir frying, dense moxibustion, drying, and fruit stir frying. The stir fried items have a fresh and uniform color, making it an ideal equipment for stir frying and processing.
The characteristics of this machine are fast heating, temperature control, and the ability to rotate the frying drum in both directions. The frying drum speed is controlled by electromagnetic speed regulation, which allows for stepless speed control and easy operation. The biggest advantage of this machine is that it has high and low automatic electric temperature control and constant temperature devices. The inner wall of the frying drum is equipped with a spiral plate, which has the characteristics of uniform frying and fast discharge. The material contact parts are made of high-quality stainless steel, which meets GMP requirements.
Working principle: Materials are fed into the hopper. Forward rotation stir fry materials, and reverse rotation of the cylinder to discharge materials.
Optional air supply, dust removal, and smoke removal devices, capable of controlling firepower, stir frying, moxibustion, and uniform color of medicinal materials.
