Chitosan Grinding Equipment Product Description: This machine is a vertical axis reflective micro grinder that can simultaneously complete two processes of micro powder grinding and micro powder sorting. It consists of a body, frame, feeding device, grading device, discharge system, transmission device, and motor, etc. Its internal structure is shown in the figure. The complete chitosan unit consists of a host, dust collector, high-pressure centrifugal fan, shut-off fan, cyclone collector, and electrical control cabinet.


The main shaft is driven to rotate by a transmission device, and the upper end of the main shaft is connected to a rotor frame. The frame is equipped with four auxiliary shafts, which are equipped with grinding wheels, rocker arm devices, and form a swinging fulcrum. When the main shaft rotates, the auxiliary shaft also rotates, and the grinding wheels on the auxiliary shaft not only revolve around the main shaft, but also rotate around their respective auxiliary shafts. During the process of the grinding wheel's revolution and rotation, the grinding wheel generates strong centrifugal force and strong rolling action with the stator. The crushed material is driven by the centrifugal force and the rotating force field of the grinding wheel, and enters between the grinding wheel and the stator. Under the strong squeezing force and grinding force, the material is crushed. Due to continuous repeated grinding, the material is further refined. The lower end of the rotor frame is equipped with a scraper system, which is located at the lower end of the grinding wheel device. During the synchronous rotation of the scraper and the grinding wheel, the material is scraped and thrown into the space between the grinding wheel and the stator, forming a cushion layer. This layer is crushed by the centrifugal force (i.e. extrusion force) generated by the rotation of the grinding wheel, thus achieving the purpose of powder production.

By using a speed regulating motor to drive the blades on the turntable to rotate, a classification effect is formed on the powder. The speed of blade rotation is adjusted according to the particle size of the finished product. When obtaining finer particle size powder, it is necessary to increase the blade speed to increase the contact between the blade and the powder, so that particles that do not meet the requirements are thrown towards the outer wall by the blade and separated from the airflow. Coarse particles fall into the crushing chamber for further crushing due to their own weight, while particles that meet the requirements are sucked into the cyclone collector through the blade along with the airflow. After the airflow and powder particles are separated, the powder particles are collected.

After being crushed, large pieces of material are uniformly fed into the main grinding chamber by the feeding device. The material entering the grinding chamber is ground and refined in the grinding zone composed of the grinding wheel and stator under the rotational force of the main and auxiliary shafts; Due to the fan blowing air into the grinding chamber, a conveying force field is generated. Under the action of the conveying force field and the rotating force field, the material moves from bottom to top and is continuously ground by the upper grinding wheel until it is ultrafine. Under the action of the rising airflow, the ground powder is brought into the classification device for sorting. Those that cannot reach the fineness are returned to the grinding chamber for re grinding. Qualified fine powder enters the cyclone collector with the airflow. After separating from the air, the fine powder is discharged from the discharge port as the finished product. The air returns to the fan through the upper return duct, and the air path is circulating and always in a negative pressure state.
