Working principle of DeYan DYA150 series thermal gas mass flowmeter
The DeYan DYA150 series thermal gas mass flowmeter uses the superior principle of constant temperature differential thermal diffusion to measure the mass flow rate of gas. The sensing element includes two resistance temperature sensors (RTDs), one of which is a heating sensor (Rp) and the other is a reference sensor (Rtc). Utilize a proprietary digital circuit to control the constant temperature difference between the heating sensor and the reference sensor, and provide extremely fast time response. By measuring the heat transfer through a microprocessor, the standard flow rate (or flow rate) and temperature are calculated.
