Cigarette Smoking Machine
The EmberTM smoke generator is fully automated and does not require manual supervision during the experiment. The independent channels for "first-hand smoke" and "second-hand smoke" provide the possibility of designing multiple smoking schemes for different research needs. The smoke generator can be used in conjunction with Single Site Exposure Station, Induction Tower, or Mass Dosing Chamber, as well as with user made enclosures or other equipment.
The standard AER6000 has space limitations due to the accumulation of cigarette butts, and the ashtray must be cleaned after burning 80 cigarettes continuously. However, purchasing optional parts allows for continuous burning of 300 cigarettes before cleaning the ashtray.

The standard Induction Tower suction tower has 14 ports that can be inserted into the nose of mice or rats to expose Nose only Exposure Restrainers, and can be customized with 24 or 48 port suction towers.
The Inhalation Tower is suitable for nasal exposure inhalation toxicity experiments with various media, and can be used in research directions such as medical toxicology and atmospheric environmental protection. Buxco's Inhalation Tower is equipped with a Chamber designed with AllayTM Restraint's patented technology, which is easy to accommodate animals and eliminates breathing difficulties caused by compressed animal positions. To detect the respiratory status of animals exposed to toxins, Nose only Plethysmographs chambers can be used instead of Nose only Exposure Restrainers inserted into the inhalation tower and connected to QT1000 \ 1001 systems to detect respiratory indicators.

When funding is limited or only one animal's performance is focused on at the beginning of the project, a single site exposure device can be used. Its characteristics are:
