2、 Working principle of flowmeter
The turbine inside the sensor rotates under the action of fluid, causing a change in the magnetic field of the signal detector. Therefore, an alternating voltage is induced in the coil of the signal detector, which is amplified, filtered, and shaped by an amplifier to output a square wave signal.Circulating water flowmeterThe frequency of this signal voltage is directly proportional to the speed of the impeller, that is, directly proportional to the flow rate (velocity) of the fluid.
3、 Design Features of Flow Meter
The JKM-LWGY flowmeter adopts a fully cemented carbide (tungsten carbide) shielded cantilever beam structure bearing, which integrates a rotating bearing and a pressure bearing, greatly improving the bearing life and can work in media with small amounts of sediment and dirt. The sensor adopts a stainless steel structure (impeller adopts 2Cr13 or duplex steel wheel) with good corrosion resistance. It uses ruby bearings and hard alloy (LT6) shaft sleeves to ensure the service life and long-term stability of the turbine sensor. Samarium cobalt permanent magnet alloy is used as the signal detector, with strong output signal and good magnetic stability, and can work normally in media ranging from 0-120 ℃.
