1. Application technology of high-temperature resistant filter material: Based on the characteristics of coal-fired boiler flue gas in China, cost-effective high-temperature and corrosion-resistant boiler filter material is used, and PTFE membrane treatment is applied to the fibers to solve the problems of high boiler flue gas temperature, which ordinary filter material cannot withstand, and short service life of ordinary filter material. Offline maintenance technology: The application of new lift valve technology has realized the non-stop maintenance function of the dust collector (offline and online cleaning methods can be freely selected). 3. Dust collector protection technology: The application of online detection equipment such as external bypass system and temperature and humidity measurement has solved the problem of protecting the dust collector during boiler oil combustion and boiler failure.

Detection and monitoring technology: Based on the characteristics of boiler dust collectors, advanced online detection and monitoring equipment such as flue gas temperature, humidity, dust collector operating pressure detection, material level detection, and operating equipment fault detection are set up to complete all measurement, monitoring, control, alarm, protection, and interlocking functions inside the bag filter. The operation of the dust collector can be monitored at any time.
5. PLC programmable controller technology: using the PLC programmable controller provided by SIEMENS company for control, with communication interface with the system DCS, it can achieve manual/automatic control of the bag filter.
