Product details
Product Overview:
Coking wastewater is wastewater generated during the high-temperature dry distillation of raw coal, gas purification, and refining of chemical products. Its main sources are threefold: first, residual ammonia water, which is wastewater produced during coal dry distillation and gas cooling. Its water volume accounts for more than half of the total coking volume and is the main source of coking wastewater; The second is the wastewater produced during the gas purification process, such as gas final cooling and crude benzene separation water; The third is the wastewater generated during the refining process of tar, crude benzene, and other occasions. Coking wastewater is an industrial wastewater containing a large amount of difficult to degrade organic pollutants. Its composition is complex and contains a large amount of harmful substances such as phenol, cyanide, benzene, ammonia, etc. Exceeding the standard coking wastewater causes serious pollution to the environment.
Generally, in China, the physicochemical+biochemical treatment process is used to treat coking wastewater. Firstly, oil particles are removed by oil separation tank and air flotation (tar remover: our company's patented product) flotation. Then, harmful substances such as phenol, ammonia, and cyanide sulfide are removed by blow off tower. Finally, the effluent from A2/o biochemical treatment enters the coagulation reactor to further remove COD and oil. Finally, phenols and COD are removed through secondary filtration to ensure that the system effluent meets the discharge standards.
