2、 Structure and function of hot and cold cylinders:

Structure: Composed of inner liner, jacket, insulation layer, outer sheath, reducer, mixing blade, thermometer, etc.
1Inner liner: Made of stainless steel plate 304 material, with a polished surface.
2Middle jacket: made of A3 steel plate or 1Cr18Ni9Ti steel plate, reinforced with a spiral device, with cold water flowing from bottom to top (without pressure) to achieve optimal heating and cooling.

The heat transfer area between the cold and hot media and the inner liner wall has been increased, avoiding the "short circuit" phenomenon of the cold and hot media, greatly shortening the cooling or heating time of the material, and improving the energy utilization efficiency.

3、 Installation of hot and cold cylinders:


Adjust the support legs of the device to a horizontal line perpendicular to the reducer before installing each pipeline. During operation, be sure to rotate the mixing blade clockwise and not in reverse.

4、 Cold and hot cylinder usage and maintenance:


1. Explanation:Jiadun BrandHot and cold cylinderBefore use, the liquid storage container must be cleaned with hot water and then disinfected with steam. The material slurry enters the cylinder through the material pipe fixed on the cylinder head, or is poured into the cylinder head when the cylinder head is opened. The material should not be filled too full to avoid splashing out when the material is stirred by the mixer, causing unsanitary environment or loss.
2. Heating method: It must be turned off during heatingcondensationInlet valve, drain the remaining contents of the jacketcondensationThen input the material, start the mixer, and open the steam valve. After reaching the desired temperature, close the steam valve first, and after 2-3 minutes, turn off the mixer.
3. Cooling method: Close the steam valve, drain the remaining steam condensate from the jacket, and then open the bottom of the cylindercondensationValves, enablingcondensationPass through the jacket to lower the temperature of the material inside the cylinder.
4. Insulation: According to the required temperature, start the mixer, high-speed valve, and maintain the temperature (pay attention to the temperature gauge) to achieve insulation.
5. Cleaning: After the processing is completed and the remaining condensed water in the jacket of the cylinder is drained, it should be rinsed with warm water as soon as possible to brush off the sticky material. Then, it should be thoroughly cleaned on the inner wall of the container with 40-50 ℃ alkaline water and rinsed with clean water. For the next use, it should be disinfected with hot water or steam (above 90 ℃) for 2-3 minutes.
6. Maintenance: It is necessary to regularly pay attention to the working condition of the entire equipment and reducer. If the lubricating oil of the reducer is insufficient, it should be replenished immediately. The oil should be changed every six months (40 # engine oil). When the equipment is not in use, the jacket must be rinsed with warm water to prevent salt water corrosion. The cylinder body should be cleaned regularly to keep the exterior clean and the inner liner bright, achieving the purpose of durability.
