Our cold cabinet back panel forming line has strong production flexibility and is used to meet design requirements such as corner cutting, punching, stretching, and bending of the back panel of the cold cabinet. The sheet material is conveyed by servo mechanical arms, and after one positioning of the material, the subsequent processes are completed by mechanical arms in steps without positioning, improving production speed and equipment stability.

The forming line mainly consists of a feeding machine, a punching system, a side bending machine, an end bending machine or a slot pushing bending machine, as well as supporting pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical control systems.

When producing products, the equipment can automatically adjust the width direction according to the set parameters, and set the distance in the length direction through a servo robotic arm, completing all product elements through step-by-step punching. By using touch screens or industrial computers to store and retrieve models, it is possible to achieve mixed production of multiple models.
