Cold water box type ice water machine features:
1) Adopting high-quality new compressors imported from Japan, high-efficiency shell and tube evaporator and condenser combination with Taiwanese technology, internally threaded reinforced heat exchange copper tubes, super strong refrigeration, quiet and energy-saving.
2) Using a microcomputer controller, the water temperature can be accurately controlled within 3 ℃ to 40 ℃. When a fault occurs, the 1C board automatic detection controller will send a signal and display a fault code, making it easy to identify the cause of the fault in a timely manner.
3) Equipped with complete safety protection devices such as current overload protection, high and low voltage switches, electronic time delay, coil overheat protector, and antifreeze switch.
4) Built in stainless steel insulated water tank and circulating chilled water pump, saving space and facilitating piping.

The basic principle of industrial chiller refrigeration system:
After absorbing the heat of the cooled object in the evaporator, the liquid refrigerant vaporizes into low-temperature and low-pressure steam, is sucked in by the compressor, compressed into high-pressure and high-temperature steam, and discharged into the condenser. It releases heat to the cooling medium (water or air) in the condenser and condenses into high-pressure liquid
The refrigerant is throttled by a throttle valve to low pressure and low temperature, and then enters the evaporator again to absorb heat and vaporize, achieving the purpose of circulating refrigeration. In this way, the refrigerant completes a refrigeration cycle in the system through four basic processes: evaporation, compression, condensation, and throttling.
