All models of furnace chambers use fiber insulation, and refractory bricks are used around the heating elements for insulation. Fiber insulation layer can cool quickly, while using refractory bricks can extend the life of heating elements.

The single point control muffle furnace has the function of proportionally controlling temperature and is equipped with a simulated temperature indicator with increments of 50 ℃/℉. The three-stage programmable muffle furnace adopts PID control and can set 10 programs. The program linking function can be used to run two three-stage programs in sequence. The 7-day delay function can be used to include the completion date and time in the program.

When the furnace door is opened, the safety interlock switch immediately cuts off the power supply. The ceramic furnace base plate can protect the bottom heater and needs to be purchased separately. According to the temperature control mode, it is divided into single point control type muffle furnace and three-stage program control type muffle furnace
