Equipment Overview:

This instrument mainly consists of a control system and a friction system. During the experiment, a sample clamp is used to fix the sample on one end of the base with sandpaper attached. A friction head wrapped in white cotton cloth is placed on the sample, and after a specified number of frictions, the sample is observed and the degree of adhesion on the white cotton cloth is compared with a gray card to evaluate the stability of the fabric sample's dyeing or surface coating, providing reference data for material evaluation and selection.

The equipment is suitable for all fabrics on or inside textiles such as yarn, yarn dyed, printed and dyed, as well as toy products.
