The ultra compact Q-switched pulsed Nd: YAG laser has a Gaussian coupled resonant cavity, which is an ideal application in LIBS, spectroscopy, and as a pump source. At 1064nm, the energy can reach 150mJ and the repetition frequency can reach up to 30Hz. The harmonic wavelength can reach 213nm.
