Product Introduction:

FlexSEM1000 II is Hitachi's latest floor standing small tungsten filament scanning electron microscope, which features small size, simple operation, strong performance, and rich expansion functions. The FlexSEM1000 II is equipped with a secondary electron detector and a backscattered electron detector, which can observe the morphology and composition of the sample; Simultaneously possessing low vacuum function, it can directly observe non-conductive samples and aqueous samples; Combined with the newly added SEM-MAP optical mirror navigation and 5-axis sample stage, observation tasks can be completed quickly and efficiently.
