When tap water enters the non negative pressure tank, the water level in the non negative pressure tank gradually rises, and the air in the non negative pressure tank is automatically discharged through the non negative pressure automatic exhaust valve, so that the inside and outside of the non negative pressure tank are connected and no pressure is formed. When there is no water in the negative pressure tankWhen the water level reaches a certain level, the non negative pressure valve receives a water level signal and closes the automatic exhaust valve, allowing pressure to slowly form inside the non negative pressure tank. As water continues to enter the pipeline network, the pressure inside the non negative pressure tank gradually increases until the pressure inside the non negative pressure tank is balanced with the pressure in the inlet pipeline network, and the water level inside the non negative pressure tank can be stabilized. When the water consumption of the water pump increases or the water volume of the tap water network decreases, the air pressure of the non negative pressure tank gradually expands and the water level gradually decreases. When the water level is lower than the specified water level, the non negative pressure valve receives a signal of water level decrease and opens the automatic intake valve to prevent the formation of a vacuum inside the non negative pressure tank, resulting in the inability of the water pump to form a suction stroke and thus the inability to destroy the natural pressure of the tap water network. When the water pump continues to operate and there is no more water supply in the negative pressure tank or when the water supply network stops running, the water pump will automatically stop running through the liquid level controller signal (to avoid damage caused by idle operation of the water pump). When the tap water network resumes water supply, the water pump automatically resumes operation after receiving the pressure sensor signal, and the water level in the non negative pressure tank also rises accordingly. The air pressure in the non negative pressure tank gradually compresses, thus avoiding the severe impact of water pressure caused by the system during the pressure recovery process.
When the pressure in the tap water network is lower than the pressure required by the user, a soft start operation of a water pump is implemented through the function of adjusting the speed of the frequency converter. When the first water pump cannot reach the pressure required by the user at full speed, the second water pump will receive a signal to start soft start operation successively. When the second water pump cannot meet the required pressure, the third water pump will start successively until it meets the water supply requirements. If the pressure of the tap water pipeline gradually increases, the microcomputer will automatically control the water pumps to stop one by one, and the tap water can be directly supplied to the highest point. This can fully utilize the pressure of the tap water pipeline network and solve the disadvantage of no water equipment due to power outages.
