This system has been designed in accordance with JB/T501-2006 "Guidelines for Testing Power Transformers" and GB1094 "Power Transformers". It has manual/automatic functions. When manual, operate directly on the membrane buttons on the control panel, and when automatic, operate directly on the computer. The system has reliable performance, and all actions can be controlled by programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and industrial computers. It is also convenient to use, reliable, and easy to maintain, making it suitable for testing single and three-phase power transformers.

1、 Main features

1. Suitable for performance testing of three-phase transformers, the main tests include no-load test (parameters include no-load loss and no-load current, etc.), load test (load loss, short-circuit impedance voltage, etc.), as well as induction withstand voltage test and partial discharge test.

2. The GDW305D in its system can accurately measure the effective voltage value, average voltage value, current, power, power factor, and frequency, automatically perform voltage amplitude, waveform, and temperature correction, and calculate Po, Io%, Pkn, ek75 ℃ (120 ℃), and ZK.

3. In addition to displaying electrical parameters in GDW305D, the system is also equipped with additional meter heads to detect and display temperature, voltage, and frequency, as well as indicator lights (red) for various status indications.

4. By using the upper computer software for testing operations, it is not only convenient to process and calculate the performance parameters of the test sample, but also to quickly print various test sub reports and overall reports: no-load test report, load test report, winding DC resistance test report, turn ratio test report, insulation characteristic test report, and overall report.

5. The entire equipment can be manually/microcomputer controlled to achieve a fully automatic operation mode for strong voltage boosting and lowering.
