OneOverview: The determination of dissolved gas content in insulating oil by gas chromatography is an effective means for power generation and supply enterprises to determine whether there are latent overheating, discharge and other faults in oil filled power equipment during operation, in order to ensure the safe and effective operation of the power grid. It is also a necessary means for oil filled electrical equipment manufacturers to conduct factory inspections of their equipment.
The transformer oil chromatography analysis system adopts a one-time injection and one-time detection method7 components, equipped with TCD detector and one FID detector, with H2 and O2 detected by TCD; Hydrocarbon gases (CO, CH)4CO、C2H4C2H2C2H6)ByFID detection, based on the peak area and retention time of each component recorded, analyzes the data using a dedicated chromatographic workstation and calculates the percentage content of each component using oscillation method.
