★ Durable branded compressors
Selected original imported famous brand semi enclosed screw compressors, such as Gulun, Bizelle, Hanzhong, Daikin, Laifukang, Sanyo, etc. 5: 6 ultra efficient screw rotor design, with energy efficiency 20-30% higher than general compressors. It has the advantages of smooth operation, few faults, and easy maintenance. Single machine and multi machine combinations can be used according to customer requirements and cold tonnage size. The compressor can automatically alternate operation according to load changes. Balancing the operating time of each compressor greatly extends the service life of the chiller. ★ Shell and tube condenser and evaporator
The condenser adopts high-quality heat exchange copper tubes of different types imported from Germany and Japan, as well as domestically produced ones. The outer surface of the copper tubes is processed into trapezoidal low ribbed tubes to increase the heat exchange area. The inner surface of the copper tube is smooth, reducing water pressure and making it easy to clean and maintain The evaporator adopts an internally threaded heat exchange copper tube, with a smooth spiral surface and a non short circuit design for the water side baffle, which has the advantages of high heat transfer efficiency, compact structure, and easy maintenance. Product operating principle
Industrial chillers use electricity as a power source, and the refrigerant evaporates and absorbs the heat of refrigerant water or antifreeze in the evaporator for refrigeration. The wet vapor of the refrigerant after evaporation and heat absorption is compressed into high-temperature and high-pressure gas by the compressor, condensed into liquid by the condenser, and then throttled into the evaporator for recycling through the expansion valve. Thus, produce chilled water at 5 ℃ -12 ℃ (or lower) for end use.
