Working principle of cone filter reaction dryer:
The upper and lower parts of the machine are cylindrical and conical with jackets, respectively, and cylindrical and conical filter components and filters are installed on the inner wall. Hollow spiral scraper, hollow stirring blade, and hollow feeding screw (RFD II) are installed on the hollow shaft. For certain solvent materials that do not require strong and rapid heat transfer during the reaction and drying process, the shaft, spiral scraper, stirring blade, and pushing screw are all made solid, and only the external jacket heats or cools the material (i.e. RFD Ⅰ). When the machine is working, the material to be reacted is first added from the top, and then the driving device is activated. At this time, the special stirring structure can cause the material to produce axial, radial, and circumferential compound motion, allowing the material to fully flip, evenly stir, and undergo sufficient reaction. During the reaction process, if heating or cooling is required, a hot or cold carrier can be introduced into the jacket outside the equipment and into the hollow shaft, hollow spiral scraper, hollow stirring blade, and hollow pushing screw to heat or cool the material.
After the reaction is complete, open the filtrate outlet and filter the material by vacuuming at the filtrate outlet or adding compressed gas at the top of the equipment. The filter cake on the filter screen is scraped off by a spiral scraper during filtration, and the material is filtered under thin layer filter cake conditions, which can make the filtrate very clear and increase the filtration rate.
After the filtration is completed, if the material needs to be washed, the washing solution is added to the filter machine, and the filter cake is re slurry by rotating the scraper, mixer, and extrusion screw. At this time, the re slurry is filtered into a filter cake by pressure or vacuum. Repeat the process of slurry filtration multiple times until the material is washed to the desired level. Then, a heat carrier is introduced into all the hollow rotating components and jackets mentioned above to heat the material, and a vacuum is drawn at the top of the equipment to vacuum dry the material. At this point, rotating components such as the push screw can ensure that the material can be fully flipped without any dead corners, resulting in high drying efficiency.
After drying, open the lower discharge valve and rotate the driving device in the opposite direction. At this time, the push screw will automatically push the dried material out of the machine.
