Series Overview
The connecting rod weighing and grouping laser marking machine, also known as the main connecting rod weighing and marking machine, weighing and coding machine, and numbering machine, is mainly used as an intelligent specialized equipment for weighing, grouping, and marking various engine connecting rods. Realize the weighing, parameter measurement, grouping, and permanent identification of the connecting rod assembly through fixtures
2、 Technical features:
2.1 Scope of application of the sorting instrument: It can achieve weighing measurement and grouping of a single series of engine connecting rod assemblies through weighing positioning fixtures.
2.2. Rhythm requirement: 0.26 points per piece (from inserting the connecting rod to completing the printing of grouping marks);
2.3 Ensure communication connection with the marking machine and accurate grouping of markings.
2.4. Use laser marking machine or pneumatic marking machine to directly mark, which is stable and reliable.
2.5 Basic requirements: Accurately measure the weight of the connecting rod, and complete grouping and printing grouping marks, suitable for mass production.
3、 Measurement aspect
3.1 Measurement accuracy ± 0.3g
3.2. Repeatability accuracy: accepted with standard weights and specialized workpieces, measured 50 times, ≤ ±0.3g
3.3 Reproducibility: Two people evaluate one workpiece and measure it 30 times, with an error not exceeding ± 0.3g
3.4. Indication drift of 0.3g/4h
3.5. Resolution of 0.1 g
3.6 Weighing range: 100g~3kg
3.7 Effective measurement range: standard weight ± 50g
3.8. Both magnification and zero position can be adjusted.
4、 Mechanical aspect
4.1 The structure design of the sorter is reasonable and easy to maintain and upkeep.
4.2. The mechanical structure of the sorter is made of high-quality materials and has undergone rust and anti-corrosion treatment to ensure that it does not deform during normal use.
4.3. The fixture design is reasonable, and the installation and removal of parts are simple and fast; The material selection is reasonable, and there is no collision with the surface of the parts or scratching of the inner holes.
4.5. The device for automatically printing grouping marks can set grouping values arbitrarily.
4.6. The moving parts of the equipment have high impact resistance and anti-corrosion static electricity function.
5、 Electrical appliances
5.1. The electrical components are capable of withstanding electrical and magnetic interference.
5.2. The measured values, including the weight of the crankshaft pin hole end, the weight of the piston pin hole end, the total weight of the connecting rod, and the group, are directly displayed on the screen, and an alarm is issued for non conformance.
5.3. The measured values should be able to be synchronously saved on the disk inside the device.
6、 Operational aspects
6.1 Each part of the machine tool should have reliable safety protection measures to prevent damage to operators and equipment caused by misoperation or accidents.
6.2. This equipment meets the national general technical requirements for safety protection of this type of equipment.
6.3 Standard workpieces, fixtures, and weights should be equipped with containers and labeled for easy storage.
7、 Control system
7.1. The software adopts WINDOWS based software, which should have data storage, editable printing content, and password protection functions. In response to the requirements of the connecting rod weighing mark, the measured values can be directly printed, and the printing content is optional.
7.2. The software can implement variety definition (grouping rules) to facilitate the addition of new varieties.
7.3. The main area of the display screen displays the current measurement model identification.
8、 Weighing and marking require software functionality
8.1 During weighing, it is possible to achieve marking and ensure that the data transmission corresponds one-to-one with the physical object. That is, in the case where the upper connecting rod is not marked, the data of the weighing connecting rod cannot cover the upper piece. Before the marking instruction is activated, the transmitted data can only save one piece of quality data to be marked. After the weighing piece is marked, only the last piece of data can be transmitted as the data to be marked.
8.2. When the weighing value is unqualified (i.e. less than the minimum value in the quality grouping table or greater than the maximum value in the connecting rod grouping table), the unqualified data cannot be transmitted and printed on the connecting rod. Even if the operator initiates the marking instruction, the weighing unqualified connecting rod cannot be marked, and an alarm can be triggered to remind the operator to isolate.
8.3. It is possible to convert weighing data into letter codes for marking. If the weighing is between 384-387g, the letter N is used instead, and the final laser printed code is N.
8.4. The connecting rod marking station can achieve forward and backward placement to prevent errors, that is, when the connecting rod is placed incorrectly, it can remind employees to correct it immediately.
8.5. If the data temporary storage is not marked, it can be reset and the temporary storage data can be deleted.
