CPS code description CPS, also known as Control and Protective Switching Devices, is a new type of product in low-voltage electrical appliances. As a new category of products, its product category code is "CPS" (Control and Protective Switching Devices). CPS meets the following standards: GB14048.9 "Low voltage switchgear and control equipment - Multi functional electrical appliances (equipment) - Part 2: Control and protection switchgear (equipment)", IEC60947-6-2 "Low voltage switchgear and control equipment - Part 6- Multi functional electrical appliances - Section 2: Control and protection switchgear". The electrical design representation method that complies with GB and IEC standards is shown in Figure 1.
HLK1It is the first generation CPS product that fills the domestic gap
◆ Purpose HLK1 is mainly used in power systems with AC 50Hz (60Hz), rated voltage up to 690V, and rated current from 0.25A to 125A. It can connect, carry, and disconnect currents under normal conditions, including specified operating overload conditions, and can connect, carry, and disconnect currents under specified abnormal conditions, such as short-circuit currents.
◆ Function
HLK1Adopting a modular single product structure, it integrates the main functions of traditional circuit breakers (fuses), contactors, overload (or overcurrent, phase failure) relays, starters, isolators, etc. It has remote automatic control and local direct manual control functions, panel indication and electromechanical signal alarm functions, and coordinated time current protection characteristics (inverse time limit, definite time limit, and instantaneous three-stage protection characteristics), as shown in Figure 4. By selecting functional modules or accessories as needed, control and protection can be achieved for general (infrequent starting) motor loads, frequent starting motor loads, and distribution circuit loads.
