Function of smoke exhaust dual speed fan control box:

The functions of the smoke exhaust dual speed fan control box and the smoke exhaust (positive pressure blower) control box are basically the same. Users can operate at low speed during normal ventilation, start the fan locally, or activate the high-speed button to make the fan run at high speed. In automatic mode, when receiving signals from the fire alarm center, the fan switches from low-speed operation to high-speed operation. For example, when the fan stops working, it can be directly stopped at high speed in the fire center, and the signal can be returned to the fire center.

According to the requirements, the control mode of the fire fan control box must be direct start (originally divided into two types: direct start and soft start). Therefore, it is recommended to cancel the original fan starting method: direct starting method is recommended for fans below 15KW; It is recommended to use soft start for fans above 15KW to control the impact resistance of high-power fans and extend their lifespan.
