principle
Corrosion inhibitor (scale inhibitor) dosing device process principle: During natural operation of industrial circulating cooling systems, scaling or corrosion tendency will occur due to the comprehensive influence of factors such as hardness, alkalinity, pH value, concentration ratio, temperature, and environmental humidity of the circulation. Both will have adverse effects on the safety and operating efficiency of the circulating cooling system. In order to suppress scaling or corrosion, it is necessary to manually add corrosion inhibitors or scale inhibitors to the water. Commonly used corrosion inhibitors and scale inhibitors include polyphosphates, zinc salts, polyoxometalates, and phosphonates.
Process Overview
This device mainly includes four parts: drug solution preparation system, metering and dosing system, safety system, and control system.
Solid drugs are added to the dissolving tank, and then mixed with industrial water in proportion to dissolve. They are then added to the dosing point through a metering system. The dosing control can be done manually or based on the control signal output by the upper system Perform follow-up control and automatic dosing.
scope of application
Thermal power generation or petrochemical cooling circulating water treatment.
