Crawler excavator loader (commonly known as slag scraper) is a high-efficiency mining equipment for continuous production, mainly used for excavation of mining rock tunnels and semi coal rock tunnels. It can also be used for loading operations in water diversion tunnels, railway tunnels, and national defense cave construction. It is suitable for tunnels with a cross-section of 2.4X2.4 meters or more and a slope of ± 15 °.


The main features of the slag scraper are:

The conveyor can unload rocks from the tail into other transfer equipment such as dump trucks, shuttle trucks, side dump trucks, belt conveyors, and hoppers. (The unloading height can be designed according to user needs)
The main action is controlled by a pilot valve, which is easy and convenient to operate, safe and comfortable, flexible in maneuvering, strong in climbing ability, and works smoothly without impact.
■ The working arm can be used to eliminate risks on the palm face, load rocks on the entire section, leave no dead corners, and do not require manual assistance to clean the working face.
