The Fushide boiler adopts a vertical water pipe flue gas three return structure, where the flue gas horizontally flushes the water pipe, improving thermal efficiency. The fully immersed working mode of the water pipe overcomes the problem of overheating and damage to the upper part of the smoke pipe in the smoke pipe boiler; A condenser can be installed to improve the thermal efficiency of the boiler;
The product has a small water volume, fast steam production, and can reach the operating pressure in 7 minutes. The pressure is stable, the steam supply is continuous, and the steam quality is high;

The operating pressure of the boiler can be set according to the needs, and this system can be digitally set and automatically adjusted;
Manual/automatic integrated switches have been set up for water treatment, circulating water pumps, and boiler feedwater pumps, and small/large fire integrated switches have been set up for the combustion engine for easy maintenance;

Boiler system
The fuel (gas) through flow steam boiler (vertical) adopts a water tube structure. Under the pressure of the water pump, it passes through the heating and evaporation surfaces of each section in sequence. The working fluid is heated and evaporated as it flows along the tube, and is output after reaching the required temperature. This product has a small water volume, high heat exchange efficiency, compact structure, easy maintenance, fully automatic control, easy operation, fast start-up, and can reach operating pressure in 7 minutes, saving energy; Unique external separator with high steam quality. Configuring instruments for monitoring operation is beneficial for the safe and energy-saving operation of boilers.
This series of boilers has a compact and reasonable structure, a long operating cycle, and easy installation, maintenance, and operation. Equipped with imported burners and boilers, fully automatic program control and interlock protection, high degree of automation, high thermal efficiency, meeting user requirements.
Boiler structural characteristics
1) The burner adopts a top burning type, where the flame extends from the top downwards and fully unfolds. The flame process is long and fully burned, and the flue gas undergoes heat transfer through a circular return path. The high flow rate and long process greatly reduce the exhaust gas temperature and improve thermal efficiency. By accelerating the flow rate of the flue gas, the heat absorption capacity is increased, while ensuring the self-cleaning effect of not adhering to cigarette ash.
2) There is sufficient combustion space, high furnace heat intensity, effective absorption of radiant heat by internal radiation tubes, water-cooled walls, and fins, and strong heat flux intensity on the heating surface.
3) The flue gas from the furnace passes through the first pair of water pipes and fins, and then through the heat exchanger. The flue gas overcomes the resistance by the back pressure of the combustion engine and is discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney. The boiler exhaust gas emission meets environmental protection requirements.
4) Equipped with imported burners and boilers, fully automatic program control and interlock protection, high degree of automation, high thermal efficiency, meeting user requirements.
5) This boiler is a once through boiler, with sufficient steam volume space in the steam chamber to ensure that the steam temperature meets the requirements.
6) The strength calculation of the main pressure bearing components of this boiler conforms to the specifications to ensure user safety.
Electrical control
This series of boilers adopts a PLC automatic control system. The control system uses PLC as the control and data acquisition core, inputting the overpressure protection signal of the pressure controller, the water level control detection signal of the water level sensor, the extremely low water level detection electrode signal, the ultra-high water level detection electrode signal, the motor protection detection signal of the feedwater pump, and the various signals and overpressure protection signals of the pressure transmitter controlling the burner, making it rich in artificial intelligence and ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the boiler.
