This cyclone type powder conveying system adopts a two-stage hopper with dual cyclone separation and filtration, and continuously transports the powder through a dedicated large-diameter pneumatic conversion valve (Xinyi patent). The cyclone hopper's air outlet filter is filtered by a honeycomb filter bag and then extracted by the main blower, filtered again, and discharged to ensure that there is no dust leakage in the workshop.

The system works alternately in 1 # and 2 #, with 1 # separating the powder and 2 # automatically cleaning the mesh and filter bag, running in a cycle. The system is equipped with a European style host, using intelligent PLC programs and a user-friendly interface display for easy control.
