The D short type single screw pump belongs to the rotary displacement pump, which relies on the mutual engagement of the screw and the liner to produce volume changes in the suction and discharge chambers to transport liquids. It is a closed screw pump with internal meshing, and the main working components consist of a liner (stator) with a double headed spiral cavity and a single headed spiral screw (rotor) that meshes with it inside the stator cavity. When the input shaft drives the rotor to rotate around the center of the stator through the universal joint, the stator rotor pair continuously meshes to form a sealed chamber. These sealed chambers move at a constant speed in the axial direction, conveying the medium from the suction end to the discharge end through the stator rotor pair. The medium sucked into the sealed chamber flows through the stator without being stirred or damaged.
After the screw is installed into the liner, closed chambers are formed between the surface of the screw and the internal thread surface of the liner, and any cross-section is also divided into two crescent shaped working chambers. When the screw rotates, the volume of the first working chamber near the suction chamber gradually increases, forming negative pressure, and the liquid is sucked into the working chamber under the action of pressure difference. As the screw continues to rotate, the working chamber volume increases to its maximum, and the working chamber is closed, pushing the liquid axially towards the extrusion chamber. At the same time, the upper and lower working chambers alternately circulate the suction and discharge of liquid, so the liquid is continuously pushed axially from the suction chamber to the extrusion chamber.
A single-stage screw pump is a type of single screw transport pump, whose main working components are the eccentric helical screw (referred to as the rotor) and the screw liner (referred to as the stator) with a double helical surface on the inner surface. Single stage screw pump is a new type of pump that works according to the principle of rotary meshing displacement. The main working components are eccentric screw (rotor) and fixed liner (stator). Due to the special geometric shape of these two components, they form separate sealed chambers, and the medium flows uniformly in the axial direction. The internal flow velocity is low, the volume remains constant, and the pressure is stable, so there will be no vortex or agitation. The output pressure of each stage pump is 0.6MPa, the head is 60m (for clean water), and the self-priming height is generally 6m. It is suitable for conveying medium temperatures below 80 ℃ (special requirements can reach 150 ℃).
