DBY type turbine electric diaphragm pump is a new type of pump. Precautions for DBY type turbine electric diaphragm pump:

1. It is strictly prohibited to install valves at the outlet of the electric diaphragm pump. If valves are necessary, they must be installed; To install safety valves at the outlet, the working pressure should not exceed 4 kilograms to avoid losses.
2. It is necessary to refuel in a timely manner to maintain the normal operation of the lubrication system.
3. The ambient temperature of the electric diaphragm pump during use should be less than 40 ℃, and the motor temperature should not exceed 75 ℃.
4. The conveyed medium and its temperature should be within the allowable range of the pump material.
When transporting liquids that are prone to precipitation and crystallization, the accumulated material inside the pump should be cleaned and drained in a timely manner after use to avoid damage when restarted.
The vibration of DBY turbine electric diaphragm pump is extremely slight, and in general, it is not necessary to install foot bolts.
7. If dirt enters the compressed air, it will affect the normal start of the pump. It is recommended that users install pneumatic triple fittings.
When suctioning media that are prone to freezing, a valve should be installed at the inlet of the pump. When the pump is stopped, the valve should be closed first, and then the pump should be turned on for a few minutes until the medium in the pump body is completely drained to avoid difficulty in starting the pump again.
When replacing the diaphragm, it is necessary to clean the wrist connecting rod and lead sleeve inside the pump, and do not damage the white PTFE sealing ring. Install it as it is and it can be used.
