1、 Product Overview:

The DC high-voltage generator adopts a high-frequency voltage doubling circuit and applies a new PWM high-frequency pulse width modulation technology for closed-loop adjustment. The voltage feedback is adopted to greatly improve the voltage stability. Using high-performance high-power IGBT devices and driving technology, and adopting special shielding, isolation, and grounding measures based on electromagnetic compatibility theory. The DC high-voltage generator achieves high quality, portability, and can withstand rated voltage discharge without damage.

The DC high-voltage generator has the characteristics of high output power and small size, with reliable overvoltage, overcurrent, and zero position closing protection functions and 0.75 times voltage switching function. It is mainly suitable for power departments, industrial and mining, metallurgy, steel and other enterprises to conduct DC withstand voltage tests or DC leakage current tests on high-voltage electrical equipment such as zinc oxide lightning arresters, power cables, transformers, circuit breakers, generators, etc.

2、 Product features:

(1) High precision and accurate measurement. The voltmeter on the control box directly displays the voltage value applied to the load test sample, and there is no need for an external voltage divider when using it. The wiring is simple. The instrument has high and low voltage ends for measuring leakage current. The high voltage end adopts a circular shielded digital meter display, which is not afraid of discharge impact and has good anti-interference performance, suitable for on-site use.

(2) The voltage regulation has high stability and full range smooth voltage regulation. The output voltage regulation adopts an imported single multi turn potentiometer for smooth and accurate voltage regulation during the boosting process.

(3) It can output positive and negative polarity (this is the customer's choice if there are two voltage doublers for both polarities), zero start, continuously adjustable, with various protection functions such as overvoltage, overcurrent, return to zero, grounding protection, and unique disconnection protection. The automatic protection circuit has strong functions, complete and reliable protection, and ensures safe operation.

(4) Adopting advanced technology and manufacturing processes, we are the first to apply intermediate frequency voltage doubling circuits. We adopt new PWM high-frequency pulse width modulation technology and high-power IGBT devices to achieve higher output high voltage stability and smaller ripple coefficient.

(5) The addition of high-precision 0.75UDC1mA function brings great convenience to the measurement of zinc oxide lightning arresters.

(6) The overvoltage setting adopts a digital dip switch that can visually display the set voltage value, with the unit of kV displayed at a glance.

(7) The fault sampling adopts a dedicated sensor with a nanosecond level action time and a nanosecond level optical isolation element that can quickly and completely turn off the DC main circuit to protect the instrument from damage.

(8) The double pressure cylinder is made of new materials that are lightweight and sturdy. There are three concealed support feet at the bottom to increase the stability of the pressure doubling cylinder. The surface is coated with special insulation material, which has good electrical performance and strong moisture resistance.

(9) The chassis is made of aluminum alloy, which is smaller in size, lighter in weight, more beautiful, more reliable, easy to operate, fully functional, and convenient for outdoor use.
