1、 Main functions
This system can complete the main type test projects for single/three-phase asynchronous motors below 500KW, including:
1. Measurement of DC resistance of windings in actual cooling state
2. No load characteristic test: determination of no-load current and no-load loss, determination of iron loss, mechanical loss, etc., drawing of no-load characteristic curve
3. Test of locked rotor characteristics: determination of locked rotor current, locked rotor torque, and power, and drawing of locked rotor characteristic curves
4. Load test: Determination of stator winding loss, rotor winding loss, and load stray loss (direct/indirect method), total loss, and output power at rated voltage and frequency, and drawing of load characteristic curves.
5. Efficiency determination: Efficiency testing methods, including five types: A, B, C, E, and F
6. Heating test (resistance temperature rise/temperature test)
7. Maximum torque measurement: capable of detecting M-S curves
8. Minimum torque measurement: capable of detecting M-S curves
9. Measurement of centrifugal switch disconnection speed

2. The Z2 or Z4 series DC motor is used as the load, and the loading control is a DC feedback device. The DC motor operates in a four quadrant state without the need for a water cooling system, greatly saving energy
3. It is very convenient to conduct M-S curve tests, with smooth curves and measurement of maximum and minimum torque
4. It can easily achieve zero torque and zero speed starting, and the stability of torque and speed control is good throughout the entire process of testing
5. The blockage test can be composed of specialized blockage fixtures, tension and pressure sensors, etc., and automatically collected
6. The system software is strictly developed in accordance with national standards, with built-in data for various series of motor standards, and automatically generates various sub reports and summary reports
