The DDL (CF) single suction low-noise pipeline centrifugal fan adopts a square structure, high-efficiency forward leaning multi wing centrifugal impeller, direct drive, and the motor is completely isolated from the oil fume in the high-temperature pipeline, ensuring the safe operation of the motor for a long time and greatly improving its service life.

CLASSIFICATION

Fans are divided into direct drive (type A) and belt drive (type E) according to their transmission methods.

Direct drive (Type A) fans are divided into 18 types according to their machine numbers, ranging from DDL (CF) 2.5A to DDL (CF) 4.5A, with air volume ranging from 1000 to 7200m³/h. The full pressure range is from 124 to 1280Pa.

Belt driven (E-type) fans are divided into 18 types according to their machine numbers, ranging from DDL (CF) 4.5E to DDL (CF) 8E, with air volume ranging from 5150 to 38000m3/h and full pressure ranging from 445 to 820Pa.

Fans can be customized with explosion-proof motors and aluminum (stainless steel) impellers according to environmental requirements.

Processing technology

The fan impeller is made of steel plate, produced by mold, and formed by biting or riveting. The impeller has undergone static and dynamic balance correction, and the balance accuracy is not greater than G4.6 level.

The fan casing is made of high-quality steel plate CNC cutting, and is folded and formed by CNC bending machine.
