Principle:
The principle of cold catalysis involves the reaction of oxygen and hydrogen in a closed system through a catalyst to generate water, which is then consumed to create an anaerobic environment. This, combined with a gas supply system, constant temperature and humidity system, provides a suitable environment for the cultivation of anaerobic microorganisms.

Government testing agencies (Food and Drug Administration, CIQ, CDC, quality inspection, environmental monitoring), pharmaceutical companies, food industry (breweries, canning factories, dairy industry), medical, agricultural, petrochemical and energy departments, universities and research institutions, and water treatment plants.
Technical parameters:
·10mm polyacrylic acid (acrylic) material ensures good transparency, insulation, and corrosion resistance, excellent annealing process, and a structure that does not deform for ten years;
·The bare handed operating system can accommodate up to 240 90mm culture dishes in the chamber, while ensuring sufficient operating space. It can be fully used as a culture chamber to accommodate up to 400 90mm culture dishes; Can hold up to 30 500mL triangular bottles or 50 250mL triangular bottles; Can hold 70 250ml reagent bottles or 50 500mL reagent bottles; More than 50 homogeneous bags can be placed.
·The unique multifunctional porthole transfer system is divided into an outer door and an inner door, which facilitates internal operation and sample transfer by the operator, saves gas consumption, and can transfer 20 petri dishes simultaneously. The two operation ports are equipped with gas switches, and a single operation port can be operated;
·Standard external vacuum pump for vacuuming and inflating portholes; Double button foot switch, controls the vacuum and inflation process. The two porthole transfer systems are each equipped with an intake lock switch, which can be operated by a single porthole.
·Temperature control: Room temperature+1-52 ℃, PT100 temperature sensor, temperature stability ± 0.1 ℃, temperature uniformity ± 0.6 ℃
·Humidity control: Built in digital display humidity controller, built-in humidity sensor, can set humidity and display current humidity value, dual fan automatic cooling electronic dehumidification device, no need for desiccant, internal condensed water is discharged to the outside of the chamber by peristaltic pump, evaporated on evaporation paper, no additional maintenance required.
·No need to open the operation port, just press the commission button for initialization. Long press the buzzer twice for 75 minutes for initialization (large ventilation), and short press the buzzer once for 20 minutes for initialization (small ventilation).
·The catalyst ensures an anaerobic state and can normally maintain an internal oxygen concentration of<5ppm. No high temperature activation is required before each use, and it can be used continuously for more than two years
·Detoxification agents are used to remove anaerobic growth inhibitory factors such as hydrogen sulfide and volatile fatty acids, extending the service life of catalysts
·Optional drawer style single dish transfer system, convenient for quick transfer of small amounts of samples
·The overall detachable design of the lift off cover does not require tools and can be manually disassembled, making it easy to clean and transfer large amounts of samples or larger instruments
