1、 System principle
Test bench principle: (servo dynamometer system) The servo driver used in the test bench precisely controls the torque and speed of the servo motor. Due to the intelligent technology of direct torque control (DTC), servo drives can achieve dynamic control of constant torque of servo motors at high speed. First, connect the servo drive power supply and set the torque value on the control panel (computer). The servo drive and servo motor start working in a load consumption state. When the power supply of the test motor is turned on, the servo motor is loaded to the set torque at zero speed. During the process of the motor quickly moving from no-load to the set torque, the torque sensor is driven to rotate. The control system starts the torque value as needed and displays it in real time during operation. Data is collected at each time period to analyze the characteristics and efficiency process of the motor.
2、 Test content
The technical performance parameters of the motor can be tested, and the testing items are as follows:
1. No load characteristic test: Motor input voltage, current, power, and output speed test.
2. Locking performance test: motor voltage, current, power, output speed test.
3. Load test: motor voltage, current, power; Output speed, torque, power, and efficiency testing.
4. Simultaneously test the power and overall efficiency of a single motor separately.

The system uses practical AC/DC motors, and the motor capacity is subject to the testing range of the following instruments:
1. AC voltage: 3.0-500V, accuracy: Class 0.5
AC current: 0.020/40.00A, accuracy: Class 0.5
2. DC voltage: 3.0-300V, accuracy: Class 0.5
DC current: 0.020/50.00A, accuracy: Class 0.5
Power: I * U, Accuracy: Level 0.5
Torque: 0.1-10N. m, accuracy: Class 0.5
Speed: 3000r/min, accuracy: 0.2 level
