Can be used in closed pipelines with certain process pressure such as piping and sealed tanks. Select the appropriate flow detector and electrode combination according to the usage conditions. The electrodes introduced in this article are all KCl supplied.
According to the installation form, it can be divided into flow pool installation connected by flanges in the piping bypass, and direct insertion installation connected by screws or flanges on the side of the piping and tank.
For immersion installation, please refer to the relevant specifications of the immersion pH • ORP meter detector.
KCl supply electrode flow detector
The flow-through pH • ORP detector used in combination with KCl supplied electrodes can be applied to various measurement conditions. There are various liquid bonding materials and different types of electrodes to choose from. In order to ensure the normal outflow of KCl reference solution, it is necessary to maintain a pressure difference of 30KPa to 50KPa between the detector and the measured solution. It is recommended to use instrument air for pressurization.
general use
Used for general online process control of drainage and water treatment, smoke exhaust and desulfurization, boiler equipment, etc., it is widely used. Select the appropriate model based on the connection method and measurement conditions.

PH electrode specifications
The pH electrode adopts a glass film with superior linearity, and the measurement range can reach 0-14 pH. And adopt a structure that suppresses the outflow of silver chloride from the liquid junction of the comparative electrode. It can measure continuously and stably under various measurement conditions such as high temperature, dilute solution, and reducing solution.
Fluorine resistant glass film can be used in solutions containing fluoric acid; In addition, there are electrodes that are resistant to organic solvents and made of Kalrez or Perfluoro (perfluororubber) materials, which have strong drug resistance. The reference solution for all electrodes in the table is 3M potassium chloride (KCl) solution.

PH electrode gaugecheck
The sensing part of the ORP electrode is made of platinum (Pt) or alloy (M) with gold as the main material. Platinum electrodes are used for general ORP process control, while alloy electrodes are used for wastewater, sewage, urine and feces treatment processes.
Built in temperature sensor (T), automatically compensates for temperature measurement and calibration with standard solution. The reference electrode (R) has the same structure as the pH reference electrode, and the reference solution is 3M potassium chloride (KCl) solution.

PH/ORP electrode remarks
Under standard conditions (using electrodes in conjunction with a flow cell, with a pressurized pressure 30-50KPa higher than the process pressure, or without pressurization), the consumption of KCl is approximately 1-3mL/day.The pH electrode with fluoride resistant glass film can be used in HF solutions with concentrations up to 1000ppm (-5~50 ℃).
The pH electrode of standard glass film will accelerate the deterioration of electrode characteristics when used under high temperature (above 50 ℃) and high alkalinity (above pH 13) conditions. Please inquire in advance.
