Working principle of DMC bag pulse dust collector：

When industrial dust containing gases are filtered into clean gas through DMC type bag filter bags and enter the clean air chamber, the clean gas is then discharged through the exhaust port of the clean air chamber by the fan. As the cleaning cycle increases, more and more dust is adsorbed on the surface of the bag, causing the resistance of the bag dust collector to continuously rise. In order to ensure that the resistance of the pulse dust collector does not exceed 1200Pa and the dust collector works normally, users need to regularly filter the dust on the filter bag.

The cleaning of DMC bag pulse dust collector is carried out by the program controller starting the pulse valve in a timed sequence, so that the compressed air inside the bag is sprayed out from the nozzle hole through the Venturi tube to induce surrounding air several times that of the primary air. When it enters the filter bag, the filter bag expands rapidly in an instant, and the dust attached to the bag surface is shaken off by the opposite direction of the airflow. The dust attached to the bag quickly separates from the filter bag and falls into the ash hopper (or ash bin). The dust is discharged by the ash discharge valve to achieve the purpose of cleaning.
