After the dusty gas enters the lower and middle boxes through the air inlet, the dust is filtered and trapped on the outer wall of the bag. The purified gas rises from the bag into the upper box and is discharged through the air outlet. This dust collector should be equipped with a separate induced draft fan and compressed air source for dust cleaning before it can work, and the exhaust gas should have a dust concentration of ≤ 30mg/m3. The pulse jet control device sends instructions to sequentially open the electromagnetic pulse valve, causing the compressed air in the air bag to be instantly sprayed into the bag through the jet pipe. The high-speed airflow induces surrounding air several times the amount of spray to enter the bag, causing the dust accumulated on the outer wall of the bag to fall into the ash hopper and be collected outside the machine through the ash discharge valve on a regular basis.
