DMC single machine dust collector is a small bag filter, which has two cleaning methods: online blowing and offline blowing. The technology of using high-pressure (0.5~0.7MPa) high flow pulse valves to spray and clean dust through filter bags line by line has the advantages of good dust cleaning effect, high purification efficiency, long filter cloth life, low maintenance workload, and reliable operation compared to other single machines in China. Construction and working principle of DMC standalone dust collector
1. DMC standalone dust collector structure
The device mainly consists of the following parts:
Box body: including bag chamber, clean air chamber, porous plate, filter bag, filter bag skeleton, maintenance door, box body design with a pressure resistance of 5000Pa.
Spray system: including main air pipe, spray pipe, pulse valve, and controller.
There are two forms of intake and exhaust parts: one is the standard ash hopper type, and the other is the open flange type.
2. Working principle
The dusty gas enters the ash hopper through the air inlet or enters the filter bag chamber through an open flange. The dusty gas is filtered through the filter bag into clean gas and enters the clean gas chamber. It is then discharged by the fan through the exhaust port of the clean gas chamber. Dust accumulates on the outer surface of the filter bag and continues to increase, causing the resistance of the bag filter to continuously rise. In order to ensure that the equipment resistance does not exceed 1200Pa and the bag filter can continue to work, it is necessary to regularly collect dust on the filter bag. Dust cleaning is a process in which the pulse valve is activated by the program controller in a timed sequence to compress air (0.5~0.7MPa) inside the air bag. The compressed air (referred to as primary air) is then blown out through the holes of the blowing tube and induced into the filter bag through the Venturi tube. The surrounding air (referred to as secondary air), which is several times the primary air, rapidly expands in an instant and is shaken off by the opposite direction of the airflow, achieving the purpose of dust cleaning.
