Hasco Steel Slag Crushing System Dust Removal Equipment
Hasco Steel Slag Crushing System Dust Removal Equipment
scope of application
DMCCThe pulse bag filter on the top of the warehouse simplifies the structure according to the working requirements of the warehouse, and has the characteristics of high gas processing energy, good purification effect, stable performance, and reliable operation. Compared with mechanical vibration type top dust collectors, it also has the characteristics of long service life of filter bags and no mechanical wear parts. Suitable for placement at the top of various powder storage warehouses, used to capture various small and dry non fiber dust.
structure
1. The upper box body consists of a cover plate, exhaust port, etc.
2. Lower box body, including frame, filter bag components, etc.
3. Dust cleaning system, including electromagnetic pulse valve, pulse controller, etc.
Working principle
The dust containing gas enters the dust removal box from under the dust collector. Coarse particles of dust settle down by their own gravity and fall into the ash bin. Fine dust is adsorbed on the outer wall of the filter bag through various effects. The purified air filtered by the filter bag enters the upper box through the spray pipe and is discharged from the outlet. The dust adsorbed on the outer wall of the filter bag accumulates thicker over time, and the resistance of the dust collector gradually increases, resulting in a continuous decrease in the amount of gas processed. In order to maintain the effective working state of the dust collector and keep the pressure loss within a certain range, it is necessary to remove the accumulated dust adsorbed on the outside of the bag wall.
The dust cleaning process is carried out by the control instrument issuing instructions to each electromagnetic pulse valve according to the specified requirements, sequentially opening the valves, and blowing high-pressure air into each group of filter bags in sequence. So, the compressed air inside the air bag passes through the holes of the blowing tube and enters the filter bag through the Venturi tube (called primary air), and when the high-speed airflow of the blowing passes through the blowing tube, several times the surrounding air of the primary air is induced to enter the bag at the same time (called secondary air). Due to the strong reverse airflow formed by the primary and secondary winds, which is opposite to the filtered airflow, entering the bag, the filter bag rapidly shrinks in an instant——Expansion contraction, as well as the reverse effect of airflow, gradually remove the dust adsorbed on the outside of the bag wall. Since the high-pressure air injected into the bag during ash cleaning is carried out successively among several groups of filter bags, and the dusty air to be treated is not cut off, the pressure loss of the dust collector and the amount of dusty gas to be treated are almost unchanged during the ash cleaning process, which is one of the progressiveness of the pulse bag filter.
